Pale yellow in color with fine and elegant bubbles. Beautiful aromas of apple, lime, yellow fruit and toast. Soft taste with a tight center where the fine fruits puts on a notch. The mousse is fine and pleasant, finishing with a fresh finish.
An ordinary Cava has a fermentation of nine months. The difference with Cava Reserva is that it has enjoyed a second fermentation in the bottle for 18 months. This makes the taste is softer, fuller and rounder with reduced acidic accents.
